Four Teams Remain in Hunt for Lord Stanley's Cup

Dates Announced for Stars' First Two Playoff Games

The conference finals of the Stanley Cup Playoffs are set, with four teams remaining in the hunt for Lord Stanley's Cup. The Eastern Conference will feature the Boston Bruins facing off against the Carolina Hurricanes, while the Western Conference will see the Edmonton Oilers take on the Colorado Avalanche.

The Bruins and Hurricanes advanced to the conference finals after defeating the New York Rangers and New York Islanders, respectively. The Oilers and Avalanche advanced after eliminating the Calgary Flames and St. Louis Blues, respectively.

The conference finals will be played in a best-of-seven format, with the first two games being played in the home arena of the higher-seeded team. The remaining games will be played in an alternating format, with the higher-seeded team hosting Games 3, 4, and 6.

The Stars will open their playoff series against the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, May 2, at American Airlines Center. Game 2 will be played in Dallas on Thursday, May 4, before the series shifts to Minnesota for Games 3 and 4 on Saturday, May 6, and Monday, May 8.

The conference finals are sure to be exciting, with all four teams having a legitimate chance to win the Stanley Cup. The Bruins are the defending champions, while the Hurricanes, Oilers, and Avalanche are all looking to add their name to the trophy.

The Stars are back in the playoffs for the first time since 2020, and they will be looking to make a deep run this year. They have a talented team led by Jason Robertson, Roope Hintz, and Miro Heiskanen, and they will be a tough opponent for any team they face.

The conference finals are sure to be filled with excitement and drama, and the Stars will be looking to make a statement in their first two games at home.
